Freediving is the sport of holding your breath while plunging into the blue waters of the ocean or lakes. I will teach you the basics of Freediving, history of it and physiology/psychology/anatomical changes you will experience while freediving. This is a life skill that you can take and apply anywhere on land or in the ocean. It is truly one of the most natural sports in the world that only involves your mind, body and the water.
During training you will receive:
-Meditation/visualization techniques
-Breathing techniques
-Training exercises
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified Freediving Instructor through Apnea Total.

Time- 5:02 minutes
Availability & Preferences
Available most weeknights after 5:30pm PST and flexible on weekends.
