A one hour online coaching session
Great if you are wanting to gain clarity while working through an important decision, work towards positive change in your life, or develop a professional strategy.
There are many approaches to coaching. I work from a framework of appreciative action rooted in the exploration of possibilities. I will not share any advice but rather ask careful questions to help you work towards your objectives. I also integrate creative exercises to encourage intuitive and out of the box thinking.
