Do you have a few things you're struggling with right now that you can't seem to cope with by yourself? Are you lacking motivation and it's impacting productivity at work or at home? Do you struggle with low-self esteem?
There are millions of people in the world that struggle with these same issues every day. Depression, anxiety, over-eating--All of these things tend to be manageable symptoms of larger problems. It can be overwhelming to deal with on your own, and without proper coping mechanisms, it can feel downright hopeless.
Conveniently, you don't have to deal with it alone.
Things to talk with me about:
-Depression
-Anxiety
-Bullying
-Eating disorders
-Career changes
-Loss/Grief
-Break ups
-Divorce/Separation
Things I'm mindful of, but not highly educated in:
-Personality disorders
-Chronic pain/illness
Training & Qualifications
I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, with a background in counseling and intersectionality. My focus is in domestic violence, but I'm capable of understanding and working through issues with a wide range of people, and a variety of circumstances. It can be expensive to meet with a therapist a few times a month, and that's where I come in.
Remember, I'm not a licensed therapist, but I care and I'm here to listen and help however I can.
