I am recently divorced and know what it feels like to separate and split from the one you love. If you'd like someone to talk to who is willing to listen and who will understand what you're going through, I'm happy to provide some support or suggest resources, healthy coping skills, etc.

Training & Qualifications
I have a M.A. in Interpersonal Communication from UT and have lived/worked in Austin since returning from the Peace Corps in 2009. I am an open-minded, honest, loving, and intelligent person... all good qualities for a friend to talk to when you're going through something hard. And my friends say I'm fun to be around. I am not a counselor or therapist and have zero formal counseling experience.
Availability & Preferences
For a 1-hour chat in person, I'm available most weekday evenings 6:30-8:30pm. I telecommute on Tuesday/Thursdays, so could make a lunch-break appointment during the day. Very flexible. If you prefer to chat over email or text, then I can provide 1-hour of chat/email time at all of the same times above. Emails will always receive a response within 12-24 hours.
