I will advise you on what type of cheese to try or buy. I'll need to know your budget and what you usually buy (do you like swiss or cheddar better, kinda thing) and I can usually suggest something a little more upscale or different in some way to try.
I can help with cheese plates, party trays, recipes to impress your boss, easy recipes to eat with a glass of wine and a good book, simple appetizers, and a lot more.
If you need any cheesy puns, I know some gouda ones so ask about those too!
Training & Qualifications
I currently work as a Cheese Consultant. I have gained more cheese knowledge from that than most people gain in a lifetime.
