Give your loved one (or yourself) a beautiful soft sculpture to bring warmth and friendliness into the home.
I will create a unique soft-sculpture for a desk or shelf, using custom patterns to make a truly one-of-a-kind item, ideal for surprises or gift-giving.
Soft sculptures replace or compliment the stiff, store-bought decore. I do not repeat patterns exactly meaning that anything I create for you will truly be one-of-a-kind; something to be cherished for years to come.
Training & Qualifications
I have my BFA in theatrical design and construction, which has given me a good eye for creative details, and the ability to produce high quality work under a deadline. I have a lot of experience working with clients, which when combined with my 23 years of sewing and knitting experience, promises a happy customer.
I have worked with many different fabrics and media, which I often combine in my soft sculptures to create different looks and varied textures for an interesting, artistic result.
Included in my experience is needle felting, embroidery, and high end bead work.
Availability & Preferences
I am typically available in the evenings, which is when I do most of my work. I am also available Mondays and Wednesdays during the day, so you may find I am quicker to respond to messages on these days. I do my very best to promptly respond to every inquiry I receive.
