eric was friendly and nice to talk to but it can be difficult at times when working with genealogy to find the information you need to start the proce...ss. Out of no fault of anyone sometimes families just don't have the info you need to get started and it can take a significant amount of time to get that information. Once Eric can find that information we will start again and complete the deal it just takes time and in a busy world fining the time to find information that sometimes families hide because they are scared of the government, ( most 1st 2nd or even 3rd generation immigrants have been taught not to trust the government) or because of family secrets adoptions or grandparent raising a grandchild who doesn't know their "sister" is really their mother etc so many reasons we hide things in our world can make it very hard to get even basic information. Either way working with Eric was fun and will be again once we have what we need to really get startedshow more
