I will call, text, or email you once a day at a time you set to help keep you accountable with your new habit or resolution. If you're having trouble, let me know and I'll provide motivation and a quick pep talk. When you're reluctant to go, I'll provide external pressure to get up and go! And, if it's simply impossible that day, I'll help you come up with a strategy for moving forward.
At the beginning, we'll go over your goal, motivations, triggers, rewards, and a few other pieces so I can properly support and coach you. Phone calls are limited to US numbers.

I am a writer who gets up every morning to write at 5am. Solid habits are the backbone of a healthy and ambitious life.
