I help people connect to their bodies in ways that will help reduce stress, make better decisions. I work best with people who are stressed out, overworked, feel like they are in a rut in life and are unsure what they want to do. During a 1 hour session, will practice exercises that help you get to the truth of what you want. My workbook this year (changes annually) is called Welcome to your Villain Era and it provides the structure for 3 to 5 sessions.
