A ketogenic diet is a low carb/ high fat diet that is optimal for anyone who has a lot of trouble losing weight, or has blood/ insulin regulatory problems. Personally I've lost 35 pounds and 16% body fat in a 4 month period. I did not exercise during this period, although I do recommend it.
Training & Qualifications
Like I said, I'm not a health professional. I used to be 215 pounds and 32% body fat. Now I'm 180 pounds and 16 % body fat at 67 inches.
