Have you ever been interested in learning more about Nigerian culture? Have you ever wanted to try authentic Nigerian food? Look no further!
I will make you one of three meals:
1) Nigerian jollof rice & fried plantain with your choice of meat (chicken, smoked turkey, goat, beef)
2) White rice & Nigerian tomato stew with your choice of meat (chicken, smoked turkey, goat, beef)
3) Fried plantain with beans (Nigerian style) and tomato stew.
I would like to make the meals as authentic as possible, but please let me know if you have any aversions to any ingredients such as pepper, onions, garlic etc. Please also let me know if you have any allergies.

I am a self-proclaimed master Nigerian chef.
