Learn how to carry the weight of your pregnancy through your entire back so that your lower back stays comfortable.
Feldenkrais is a movement education method that helps you learn to move more effectively. Through gentle and novel movements we help you learn experientially what works well so that it becomes your habit. You'll also learn how to explore movement on your own so that you can help yourself with future challenges.
We can teach this class either individually or as a small group, so feel free to invite friends.
Since this is a new service on Simbi, we're introducing it for 30 Simbi per hour, or can negotiate a price in regular currency.
