There are many questions that I have been asked about Windows 8 and Windows 10. The most common would be.. "How do I navigate the system?" "What are the new features of the Operating System?" "How can I remain productive in a system that I am not familiar with?" These are just a few. I can provide a basic tutorial of both Windows 8 and Windows 10 operating systems, as well as tutorials on how to access various features and to keep your system running smoothly. Each session is thirty minutes each and consists of a "Question and Answer" format. This is a Remote Session Only.
Training & Qualifications
I have an Associates Degree in Information Technology with a focus in technical support. I also have a Bachelors in Information Technology with a focus on Security. Further, I have 8 years of support experience in various operating systems and productivity software.
