Have you ever wondered what makes your computer "tick"? Have you ever opened your computer case and wondered, "Why is that fan there?" Perhaps, you are interested in the components of a computer for a possible future build or repair. I can provide a quick course on computer components fundamentals. This will include the most common components, what their functions are, and how to properly maintain each to ensure a longer life span for your computer. The session is around 30 minutes long and will end in a "Q & A" session. This a Remote Session Only.

Training & Qualifications


I have an Associates Degree in Information Technology with a focus in technical support. I also have a Bachelors in Information Technology with a focus on Security. Further, I have 8 years of support experience in various operating systems and productivity software.
