Training & Qualifications
I am Level II reiki certified and NCCP Level III.
Twenty plus years of sports coaching and program building from grass routes to national level with international experiences. Trained but not certified in Swedish massage techniques using this to assist athletes in recovery from training and competition.
Extensive mental training techniques primarily self taught using breathing, centering, concentration, awareness, Mindfulness and meditation techniques.
Availability & Preferences
Fridays all day, evenings and some weekends.
