Fitness and reaching for your highest human potential has been a life long passion. Family and sports were my main vehicles to express these passions. Fathering four daughters was the greatest blessing allowing tremendous experiential learning through these Wonderous nuturing opportunities.
I've been especially blessed with inner growth I could never have imagined possible at one time but having experienced this continuous growth throughout my life I wish to share as much as possible with those interested in similar growth.
I see subtle energy healing such as reiki as one form of the highest expression of Unconditional Love available to us. There are so many other ways that we can share and care through a compassionate Heart Centred way of being fully Human .
