I have been building, servicing, and repairing computers for over a decade and am fully capable to solve any problem you have. I prefer to stick to microsoft windows and no server problems please. I will not provide parts or purchase things to make your computer work but am more than happy to help if i have parts laying around. Most repairs can be done virtually, I will do what i can virtually, however some repairs will need to be done physically as i dont reccomend a inexperienced individual to open their computer as static electricity can fry your unit. A virtual repair will require you to have some basic computer skills and knowledge of terms for all software issues, for any hardware issues more experience is required and should not be attempted by one with no experience. A virtual repair may also require a video conference through a phone, app, tablet or another pc. Please feel free to ask any questions about any device but please understand that over the phone repair can be difficult and is soley dependant on you being able to follow instructions and your knowledge and comfort with electronics. I am happy to service it here in my home or at a public meeting place. I am a stay at home disabled dad and if we meet it is a fact my child will be with me.
