I will guide you through a 10-minute breathing meditation and then a 20-minute beginner-level yoga session. Sometimes we need an actual person to help us ease into a new practice instead of an online video or book. Meditation and yoga have been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, which lead to many preventable ailments, as well as increase brain function like memory and focus.
I can recommend essential oils and incense to aid in a better meditation if you would like some advice on it. We can get all the senses involved.
Training & Qualifications
I have practiced yoga since my days in university in 2007 and meditation since my membership to a Buddhist temple in 2013. I have led small yoga & meditation sessions for theatre casts.
