I work in a health food store that caters to many eating sensitivities and food allergies. I have access to 100% certified organic produce and high quality meats. I know how to work with various spices and pastas of different makes. I have been cooking simple, easy meals that are easy to reheat (if there's any left) for my own family for almost four years. I am very adept at working with various types of items like gluten free, vegetarian, paleo, and vegan meals. Good food should be shared with all; I would just need something to provide this nutritious staple in after cooking it.
Training & Qualifications
I have worked at Natural Grocers for 1.5+ years. I have been taught various ways to create simple meals by others who have worked there and I have discussed with customers and co-workers the in's and out's of different eating styles.
Availability & Preferences
Days vary, since I work in retail. I would make and deliver the meal unless it can be picked up. If required, I can make it in the location you are at so long as all cooking items are available. If not, I can bring them beforehand.
