In a 45 minute skype or in person conversation, you'll tell me where you are professionally and where you want to go. I'll help you dream if that's what you need. We'll briefly talk about any barriers . Then, we'll spend most of our time sorting out your options and considering the possibilities given where you are now. Part of this is thoughtful consideration of your current personal and professional situation and what resources you'll need to move more fully into your dream life. Part of this is technical strategy and part of it is creative visualization and dreaming big. We'll think about what's a realistic but optimistic approach. I believe every big dream starts with a series of small actions. By the end you'll have an achieveable plan to get you the next step closer to your dream job.
Training & Qualifications
My joy in life is helping people figure out where their gifts meet the world's needs! I've helped a lot of people figure out how to move forward with their life after being in a bit of a rut. I also love working with people who are pondering a big change! I'm a professional coach certified by the International Coaching Federation in addition to my master's degree. I've worked in the corporate, non-profit and public sectors as a team member, executive and entrepreneur. I love coaching, leading retreats and teaching classes. Most recently I've spent a year traveling in Australia, Asia and Europe and living abroad in Northwest Spain with my family. I walked the Camino De Santiago and went on pilgrimage to Taize, an ecumenical monastery praying for peace.
