My joy in life is helping people figure out where their gifts meet the world's needs! I've helped a lot of people figure out how to move forward with their life after being in a bit of a rut. I also love working with people who are pondering a big change!

I'm a professional coach certified by the International Coaching Federation in addition to my master's degree. I've worked in the corporate, non-profit and public sectors as a team member, executive and entrepreneur. I love coaching, leading retreats and teaching classes. Most recently I've spent a year traveling in Australia, Asia and Europe and living abroad in Northwest Spain with my family. I walked the Camino De Santiago and went on pilgrimage to Taize, an ecumenical monastery praying for peace.
