I LOVE to cook, spend time with my family and FRAMILY ( friends that became family) , shop for bargains, working out, hunting ,traveling, and learning new things. I grew up around naturalist, herbalist, reiki practioners, Stones/ Crystal workers and other homeopathic avenues. Even though I'm in the medical field, my Dr's office will always be nature's pantry first.
