Visioning is a guided meditative and journaling process by which we look within ourselves to hear, feel, see, and catch our highest plan for all aspects of our lives. I will guide you through a five step process on an aspect in your life where you are seeking for more guidance and clarity. After the visioning process, we will debrief and set up an action plan for your vision.

Before the session, I recommend that you think about/meditate on what you would like to accomplish in the visioning process. Perhaps you are seeking guidance on a career path or relationship. Visioning can be used for clarity in any area of your life by tapping into your Higher Self and allowing the vision to come forward.
