I love to cook healthy meals for my family which are high in protein and are made with no processed foods. We avoid white flour, sugar and white potatoes. I'd be happy to put together a grocery list for you as well as a weeks meal plan based on foods you like. Some of our families favorite dishes include French toast, chicken fried rice (made with riced cauliflower), and low carb strawberry shortcake that is truly delicious! I do shop at Trader Joes and Costco but can adjust grocery lists to include other stores as well. A food processor and blender will be helpful but not required.
