Do you have questions about vitamins and/or supplements? Been advised to take one and don't know why? Want to know what works and what's safe?
Bring it on, I'm happy to talk to you about any supplement or vitamin you want to know more about. It's a big industry, and it can also be very misleading or even dangerous if not navigated beforehand.
Training & Qualifications
I'm a PA, so I've studied and worked with vitamin deficiencies/insufficienies for years. I've been studying supplements on and off for decades.
