Your event must be in the North or West region of Orange County to qualify for a direct Simbi exchange. Monetary charges will be placed outside of these regions.
This deal is for a meeting with up to 80 attendees Mondays - Thursday only, can be booked two weeks in advance at the earliest, and include the following:
3 hours of service time, setup and breakdown times are outside of these hours
1 hour of consultation time leading up to event, subject to availability.
2 100 watt PA speakers
1 wireless handheld microphone on stand (lapel & countryman are available, at additional cost)
1 2000 ~ 2700 lumen projector (consultation required to find which one will fit your needs best)
1 5'x5' projection screen
