Fitness & Workout Swap
Do you have a routine you would like to share? Are you having trouble finding low impact exercises? Trying to get some more stretches in or ideas for dance, dumbell, HIIT, etc? Plenty of us have attempted many different kind of workouts to find our groove. Here is a place we can swap our trial runs so maybe we can end up finding that new one that we enjoy. We all have our different reasons for getting more movement into our lives. We may be starting over from scratch, or building up practice for a big Triathalon event, maybe even going thru some recovery and looking for good techniques to apply to our physical therapy sessions. You may be surprised with what you find while sharing your hard earned accomplished thru sweat and tears with the community. Here's hoping to trade my knowledge for yours to hopefully take us both to the next level in our fitness journey.
Training & Qualifications
I have several methods I have researched over the years for my own health. Zumba, Yoga, Metabolic, HIIT or Tabata, and Cross Fit Training. I also enjoy several times of home gym equipment and apps to keep track of my fitness success mental & physically. While I am no personal trainer at a gym near you, or full ... even part-time athlete (have a lot of respect for both though), I am more than happy to swap some info with you on what you have tried and what has helped or not helped you along your path.
