I take a whole-body approach to fitness training and movement coaching. I strive to develop mental awareness, physical autonomy, and a strong, healthy body for everyone I work with. I use a goal-oriented approach so the workouts are never random but specifically designed to get you to the next level. I blend knowledge from diverse physical disciplines such as bodybuilding, calisthenics, gymnastics, yoga, and tai chi.
