About Connor Larson

I'm finishing up my undergrad program here in Minnesota after living in Illinois for most of my life with a brief stint in Colorado. In my free time I love to cook, bike, and play games with friends. ...I've worked at bike shops, as a caterer, and maintenance with each expanding my knowledge more and more. I like figuring out how things work and what makes them tick. I'm generally a friendly person, although not always loud; I tend to be a better listener than a talker and do my best to keep an even keel in most situations. There aren't very many things I will say no to without giving them a try, and I usually find the best in whatever I can. I was fortunate enough to travel to China recently and have really appreciated the Traditional Chinese Medicine and practices surrounding it (acupuncture, acupressure, TCM in food, etc.). It was an amazing experience and really helps to open ones eyes to new things. I have a wonderful fiance who is an amazingly hard worker and is working on her career in professional art. Although neither one of us are from around here we both plan on settling down in the Twin Cities. I always joke about how I like to do all the cooking and she knows her way around heavy duty power tools (a plethora of different saws, welders, forges, etc.). Specific things that I have learned how to do over time: nearly every type of bike repair out there (although I don't trust myself with working inside internal gear hubs), basic plumbing, caulking, grouting, cooking chili, stew, stirfry, fried rice, seasoning cast iron, building computers, garnishing dishes, serving a full course meal, setting up home audio systems, and more. show more
