During digital training sessions, we will work together for up to two (2) hours via Zoom, FaceTime, Google Hangouts, or Skype to reach your training goals. Before you schedule your first session, please contact me for a New Client Intake. This will be a simple set of questions to help us get to know each other, individualizing our training sessions to reach our goals. We can do this via email, or over Zoom, FaceTime, Google Hangouts, or Skype. Also, please note that our first training session may take a little longer than expected as we all get to know each other.

Also, if you will have any specific needs, please let me know beforehand so that we can make appropriate adjustments. If you will need to make a cancellation, please let me know 24 hours before our scheduled appointment to avoid being charged.
