1 Poem for 1 Short Film

This is actually a project I've been trying to work on for quite a long time, and luckily Simbi gives me an opportunity to express my ideas.
You can write me an original poem with you're wildest words. Preferably, I'd like it to be in English, but if not, I'm gladly to accept any submission as long as I am going to be able to understand the concept of the poem in some kind of way. After your submission, this is where my part comes in. I will challenge myself and create a short film along with your poem.
• The poem can be about anything/everything: yourself, arts, love, breakups, death, happiness, sadness, kids, elderlies, dogs...
• Keep the poem somewhat appropriate for all audiences on Youtube
• You can request to receive credits for the poem, or keep it anonymous
Keep in mind that since words can be interrupt in many different ways, the outcome of the short film might not be showcased as what you had in mind unless you specifically asked for it to be interrupted in specific ways. BUT I also think that's the beauty behind this, it'll be a surprise for you to see the outcome of the creation of the poem within the short film, which is quite exciting!
Training & Qualifications
I was the director/editor/photographer for "Love is Louder," a project that I worked on back in 2016. I was very fortunate and honored to have it placed in the All American High School Film Festival as Official Selection.
