Personalized yoga.
A class just for you, a couple, friends, family, party or office.
Beginning, Intermediate or Advanced.
More vigorous, gentle or a combination.
Static or Flow.
Can include Meditation.
One time or ongoing.
I have extra mats and blankets if necessary.
Training & Qualifications
I have practiced yoga and meditation for just over 3 decades. Learned many different styles while considering becoming a yoga therapist. Began teaching in 2005 and have worked with people ages 2-93. Love to work with people of all ages and especially adore working with the elderly in Chair Yoga.
Availability & Preferences
I have a pretty wacky schedule so each day is different as far as availability...we'll work something out.
