Clean gutters and downspouts!

I will clear all debris from your gutters and check all of your downspouts for any blockage. I will also let you know if you should expect any other problems with your roof drainage system like leaks, improper slopes on gutters and existing water damage. I have cleaned hundreds of gutters and every time the most important part of my job is safety. Working for simbi trade is no different and I promise to take your house as seriously as I would any paying customer.
In most situations I can work without a homeowner or renter being there but I do like to meet my clients face to face. I'm happy to take some pictures of my work and explain how things went over email or in person.
No job is too large to negotiate over. Although anything over three stories otherwise too "tricky" would not be appropriate for Simbi but I can advise you on what you can do about it.
Training & Qualifications
I currently own and operate a exterior janitorial company called The Squeege Prestige LLC in Portland and have done so for the previous 3 years. We provide residential window washing, pressure washing, moss removal and gutter cleaning with proper insurance and licensing.
