I offer craniosacral and Thai bodywork sessions, both of which promote deep relaxation as well as increased awareness and energy. I provide a safe space in which each individual can explore into the depths of their physiology, and find a greater sense of balance and connection. My intention is to guide individuals to a place of stillness where self-healing emerges. I am a licensed massage therapist and would love to share my service.
