Reiki is the life energy that flows through the body. Having a Reiki practitioner do work promotes health and relaxation by adding healing energy and clearing energetic blockages. It is not intended to replace medical care, but can be a very effective supplement to it.

I am offering 30 minutes of long distance Reiki work.. Let me know if you'd like to schedule a time to make a point of relaxing while I'm working on you, or whether you'd rather I just do it as I'm able to get to it. Having the energy sent to you long distance won't interfere with your activities, so this is very flexible!

I start by diagnosing the state of your chakras--energy centers that relate to different aspects of your life--and clearing out any blockages I find. After that, I spend the rest of the time just sending healing energy. At the end, I'll let you know if anything stood out from the chakra work. If a chakra is closed, then that may indicate an area of your life that's had some difficulty recently, so I think it's helpful to share those observations so you can see if there's something ongoing in that area that needs to be taken care of.
