30-60Min College Student/Parent Q&A
25
I've worked in higher education student affairs for 15 years and have a passion for student success! I love to help (new and current) students and their parents navigate the college experience. I can help you make sense of:
- financial aid
- admissions/enrollment process
- student clubs
- student services and resources
- finding scholarship opportunities
- appeal procedures
- how to be successful in college
I've also participated in various committees, including appeal review committees for financial aid suspension, academic dismissal, unusual circumstances (financial aid), and so on. I have a good sense of what those committees are looking for when you appeal.
Whether you're Gen-Z, a Millennial/Gen-Y, Gen-X, or a Boomer, I can help you better understand the college experience. Please keep in mind that because I'm offering this as a public service, I may have to set a limit on questions/how much time I spend on each Q&A. I work full-time, have kids, and go to grad school. You understand. :)
