Hi there, my name is Chris and I am here to teach you how to make mead and other fruit wines. This listing is for someone who is relatively new to Mead making and wants to know learn how to get started. My 30 minute introduction covers topics such as: Equipment, Process, Sourcing Honey, History, Dos & Don’ts and Much More!
This session comes with a vast list of the best resources both printed and on the internet. Literally 4/5th of youtube videos on the subject are giving outdated info with old techniques that often lead people to making things they are not happy with. This is a great opportunity to avoid a lot of costly mistakes before you start this hobby of deliciousness.

About me-
I've been making mead for 9 years now and have been known by many as the guy who always shows up with a keg of something delicious. I have been a professional mead maker for the last 4 of those 9 years. My internship was at Groennfell Meadery in Vermont and I am part of the country’s largest concentration of professional mead makers here in Southern California. Passion for teaching people about mead making has been a fun thing to grow into over the dozen plus public seminars I have led on the topic.
