Let you talk. Well, type back and forth actually. About anything, for 30 minutes, absolutely anything at all with no judgement. If you don't need it fixed, but just need to talk about it, tell me and that's what I'll do.
Training & Qualifications
I have Anxiety and Depression. This stems from some serious stuff that happened in my formative years. I know what it's like to feel like no one can hear or see you, first hand. I know what it's like to feel trapped. I know what it's like to feel that death is the only way out. I found a bit of peace only after I found an outlet by way of a support group where I could talk about anything and everything I was feeling and thinking in complete confidence- it helped so much that I have decided to offer the same service here. So contact me with all your baggage, anything you need to get off your chest- I'll listen and let you talk. I have a limited data plan, so it will have to be text but I promise I will never repeat any of it to anyone. Ever.
