a painting for my mother's birthday

Hi- I'm looking for a very specific painting to be commisioned for my mother's birthday. She's dying of congestive heart failure and as she is nearing the end of her life expectancy, I want to give her something beautiful. I would like it to be done on canvas, and acrylic or oil would be best. I want it to be realistic, not cartoonish, etc.
I would like it to be of a crystal vase filled with large red and yellow roses. The vase should be sitting on a windowsill facing out towards the atlantic ocean- think of scenery like port isaac, scenery like england. You should be able to see the shore before the ocean. I want no people in it at all. Anything else is alright. In fact, a black lab somewhere in the picture would be great. I am willing to pay shipping, just let me know how much. Thanks
