We are a proven food truck consistently voted one of the top food trucks in Austin out of over 2000 food trucks in existence here. We are transitioning into a restaurant and are seeking creative ways of decreasing costs.
In exchange for design/architectural/general contractor services, I am willing to negotiate a percentage ownership of the restaurant. It is in a high visibility, high traffic area with immense growth and is 2 exits from the heart of the Texas Capitol. Sales revenue is estimated to be over $1mil In year one and returns are fantastic even with conservative estimates.
