Begin every class with a set intentions by yourself for yourself. I will guide you through a series of asanas over the next 20 minutes. Practise can be yin or vinyassa, yin is my preferred style. We will begin to set up for shavasana, which is a delightful meditation, or nap if you need it. Class closes with a humble recognition towards my students where I bow to you greatness and heart.
