I can help you plan a fitness goal around your daily life. If you let me know how often you can train and how dedicated you are to dieting it would be very nice. I dont have a degree or certificate but i have over 5 years of serious training with various coaches. Aswell ive spent an absurd amount of time researching and looking this up. I already help all my friends. Might aswell get something from it haha
