Training & Qualifications
I am a certified instructor, have been teaching self defense for about 7 years and have been a martial arts instructor for over 20 years. I hold a 5th degree black belt in the IKCA system of kenpo karate and enjoyed years of training alongside military, police, special training and martial arts experts. I continue to study communication, psychology and violence prevention as well as attend relevant conferences, training and workshops. Training and empowering women and children is both my full time profession and passion.
