I messaged Carlitos to ask if he could help me with my tax prep which is due in 6 weeks. He said he could help and asked a few questions, which I answ...ered. He then marked the deal as complete because it's both of our first times using Simbi and he didn't understand the system, but he said he would help me anything and said he would send me a "summary" but I didn't receive anything for over a week. I have messaged him a couple times with no response. So I never received any tax prep from Carlitosshow more
