Food Preservation How-to Session
25
This service entails an hour long session on how to preserve food. Covering any needed topics from how to shop for foods to preserve or raise them yourself, to how to prepare them for preservation, and then the walkthrough of how to process them using various methods: dehydration, water bath canning, pressure canning, curing, smoking, or fermentation. Wherever you are at in learning, or where you are most interested in progressing to is what we'll cover to get you up to speed whether it's a walkthrough on how to make pickles or how to make your own canned salmon!
