Answer your food/nutrition question

Get advice from a credible source of nutrition information, a Registered Dietitian. I will answer any question you have about food, cooking or nutrition.

I practice from an intuitive eating, body positive, health at every size approach. I promote a healthy relationship with food and eating. I believe there is room for all foods to fit in your diet; I'll never tell you to completely eliminate a food or entire food group (except for allergies of course). I believe everybody and every body is deserving of love and respect.

My service is for:
People who are sick of trying a diet and failing, over and over (I assure you, it is the diet's fault, not yours!), people who have been diagnosed with a chronic disease, people looking to make peace with their food and body.

My service is not for:
people looking for advice on following a cleanse, fast, diet or supplement (juice cleanse, paleo, sugar-free, keto, etc), people looking for weight loss

Training & Qualifications

Registered Dietitian for 4 years
University Degree in Nutrition
Internship with hands on experience
Member of College of Dietitians of Ontario (a regulatory body which ensures members practice ethically within Thierry scope of practice)
