I will teach you to make wine, mead (fermented honey), or cider. This will include helping you plan a recipe for one five gallon batch, source ingredients, providing all equipment necessary, and providing storage for aging.
Aside from being a fun experience, home made brew makes for unique gifts for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries. I can also help you design and print personalized labels.
I have over 14 years experience making wine, mead and cider (mostly mead). Additionally, I keep up to date on the latest news and research for home brewing.
