Consult Transforming Mental Health
I will provide 30-60 minute sessions in working with people, who like me, experience perceived mental illness. Perceived by themselves and/or the status quo. My specialties would be in the bipolar and depressive experiences. I will first and foremost listen deeply. Nothing is more important than feeling heard, and receiving empathy & compassion. I will share (if relevant and invited) my experiences and practices for transforming these perceived illnesses. I will (when possible and relevant) connect you with resources and people who can potentially provide further support, information and transformation. There may be other services and gifts to offer as well.
Training & Qualifications
I am intimately acquainted with the bipolar experience (depression, mania, psychosis, suicidal depression, hypo mania, mood swings, hospitalization, family and personal trauma, medications, natural healing, spiritual breakthrough, etc). I have been on the path of transforming my own journey for 23 years from the age of 19 when I first experienced a major episode.

I completed the well renowned 2 year degree program for Psychosocial Rehabilitation in New Jersey at UMDNJ.
I have spent the past 5 years travelling the world learning from people about their experiences with perceived mental illness and how they work with it, how they thrive and how they struggle. I have a vast network to tap into for recommendations, connections and further learning for you.
