These meal plans are created by Registered Dietitian and Nutritionists who work for the BMC Team. Coach Bren, Founder and Head Coach has a Bachelors in Psychology and Social Work, as well as a Personal Trainer Certification, a Registered Yoga Teacher, and Nutrition Coach Certification.
