My roommate (who is a chef) will cook a meal for you. He is extremely talented in the kitchen and I haven't heard one complaint from anyone that has eaten his food in the three year's that I have known him, even my mother who puts A1 steak sauce on every steak she has ever eaten said that she didn't need it on the steak he cooked for her and wished that we lived closer lol. He cook's the best puttanesca, curry, and taco's that I have ever eaten. He is looking to exchange a meal for a back massage session, he has a bad shoulder from getting shot and a bad knee both injuries were acquired in Iraq and the overcompensation for them causes a lot of tension in his back and his current job requires standing the whole time so, he's hoping for a possible ongoing exchange process if it works out, however we are flexible and open to other offers :). Training & Qualifications
He is classically trained from Le Cordon Bleu and has worked at fine dining restaurants such as Ruth's Chris and upscale Sushi restaurant's. He has been cooking his whole life and enjoyed learning traditional recipes from his foreign friends and neighbours growing up, plus his wine knowledge is on a sommelier level.
Availability & Preferences
Midweek is best but extremely flexible.
